If the model’s motor power is up to 1000W and its top speed is up to 25 km/h, no registration or driving licence is required!
When purchasing a scooter with a disability certificate or by presenting a doctor’s certificate (Form No. 027/A), a reduced 5% VAT rate applies – you receive an additional 16% discount!
