Return

1. The Buyer has the right to exchange the purchased items (except for the list of items specified in the Retail Trade Rules, paragraph 17) within fourteen days at the place of purchase or another location specified by the Seller.

2. The Retail Trade Rules (Retail Trade Rules, point 17), the Buyer's request to exchange purchased goods of appropriate quality for similar goods or to refund the money paid may only be satisfied if the Seller agrees to purchase these goods:

2.1. Electrical machinery and equipment, sound recording and reproduction apparatus, and television image and sound recording and reproduction apparatus (codes according to the Combined Nomenclature – 8501–8548).

2.2. Land vehicles (codes according to the Combined Nomenclature – 8701–8716).

2.3. Optical, photographic, cinematographic, measuring, checking, medical, or surgical instruments and apparatus (Combined Nomenclature codes 9001–9033).

3. A vehicle registered in the register is non-returnable.

4. You can only exchange or return a quality product within 14 days if you have not used, damaged, or compromised the commercial appearance of the product. This also means that you must keep the product packaging intact and only inspect the purchased product as you would in a physical store.

5. The return period for goods purchased in a physical store begins on the day after the purchase, and for goods purchased online, on the day after receipt of the goods. The consumer is responsible for proving that the goods were returned within the specified period.

6. If more than 14 (fourteen) days have passed since the date of delivery of the goods, the return of goods is subject to the Retail Trade Rules of the Republic of Lithuania (point 2).

7. If a defective item is purchased, UAB Ekomoto undertakes to accept the defective item and replace it with a quality item. If it turns out that info@ekomoto.lt does not have a similar product, the money paid for the product will be refunded to you within 5 (five) working days from the date of delivery of the product to UAB Ekomoto.

8. The buyer must fully pack the returned goods and prepare them for safe transport. The buyer is responsible for the complete packing of the goods. If the goods are not fully packed, they will not be accepted for return. The buyer must return the goods to the agreed location at their own expense.

9. If the buyer decides to return the goods, the buyer shall cover the costs of shipping the goods to the seller.

10. You have the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement (unless it is an order based on individual needs) by notifying us in writing (by email to info@ekomoto.lt) within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods.

11. In cases where you notify us of your withdrawal from the purchase and sale agreement within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery of the goods (Rule 33), the goods must be returned in the same packaging in which they were delivered, in good condition and complete. The packaging should be undamaged, and the goods must be clean, properly prepared, and packed for safe transport.

12. To withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement, you must notify us of your withdrawal in writing by email to info@ekomoto.lt within the period specified in the Rules. You will receive confirmation of the cancellation of the contract at the email address you provided. If you do not receive confirmation within 1 working day, you must call: +370 650 86678. After canceling the contract, you must agree with the seller on the method of returning the Goods (all issues related to the acceptance, delivery, or other transportation of the Goods to the location specified by the Seller) by phone or email within 3 (three) business days. The buyer must return the purchased Goods at their own expense in accordance with these Rules for Returning Goods. Upon return of a complete, high-quality item in its original packaging, the money paid for the item will be refunded within 5 (five) business days from the date of return.

13. You do not have the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement if:

13.1. You have placed an order for goods with specialized characteristics that meet your needs.
