Possible delivery methods:

- Delivery by courier to the address specified by the customer.

- Delivery to parcel locker in Lithuania.

- If the product is in stock, purchase and collection from the Ekomoto representative office.

- Collection of goods at the address: Kirtimų g. 61, Vilnius.

1. Once an order has been placed for delivery within Lithuania, we undertake to deliver the goods within 1-5 working days.

2. Goods can also be sent to other countries, with the fee and delivery time agreed individually.

3. Goods will be delivered by an authorized representative of UAB Ekomoto. Once you have signed the delivery note, the shipment is considered to have been delivered  properly.

4. Upon delivery of the goods, you must check the condition of the shipment together with our authorized representative.

5. If you notice any damage to the shipment, you must note this on the waybill or mobile device and write a free-form report of damage to the shipment. Once you have signed the consignment note without any comments, the shipment is considered to have been delivered in good order. If any parts or documents (e.g., warranty card, etc.) are missing from the delivered goods, you must immediately contact us by email: info@ekomoto.lt.

6. If you do not arrive at the location specified by UAB Ekomoto to collect the goods or do not accept the order at the agreed time at the delivery address, the shipment will be stored in the courier's warehouse for no longer than 2 (two) working days, and the new pickup or delivery time must be agreed in advance with the administration of UAB Ekomoto.

7. An additional delivery fee, calculated at the time of the first delivery, may apply to the redelivery of goods.

8. If you are more than 10 (ten) days late in picking up or accepting the goods, UAB Ekomoto will send you a warning about its intention to terminate the purchase and sale agreement within the next 5 (five) days. If you do not respond to the warning, UAB Ekomoto will terminate the purchase agreement, deduct the delivery (if applicable) and storage costs from the amount you paid for the goods, which may not exceed EUR 300, and return the remaining amount to your specified bank account.

Goods delivery fee

1. The delivery fee depends on the dimensions and weight of the ordered product and is calculated individually. An additional delivery surcharge of €70 applies in Kuršių Neringa.

2. Delivery costs are not included in the price of the goods specified in the online store; they are calculated individually, as provided for in point V of the Rules.
