Roadside Assistance | If a customer is unable to continue their journey due to a vehicle breakdown or an incident, a REDGO technical assistance representative will arrive and perform minor roadside repairs:

| The roadside assistance service advises the customer to replace the parts or components causing the malfunction. As a result, free assistance is not provided for the same malfunction on the third or subsequent occasions within one year. |

Transportation | If the roadside assistance technician determines upon arrival that the technical malfunction cannot be repaired on the road, or if the vehicle is unable to drive under its own power following a traffic accident, the roadside assistance service will transport the inoperable vehicle to a repair shop or a location specified by the customer. | In Lithuania—to the nearest repair shop or to a location specified by the customer, but no further than 100 km away.

Losses (expenses) that are not reimbursed or compensated: • Any expenses incurred when contacting other companies that provide technical assistance services are not covered; • Losses resulting from an interrupted trip or damage to the cargo, as well as loss of profit, are not compensated;
Roadside assistance services will not be provided under the following conditions: • If the issues arising from a technical malfunction, traffic accident, or incident do not prevent the continuation of the planned trip and do not pose a threat to normal driving, passenger or the vehicle itself (e.g., dented body parts); • The event occurred due to acts of war, internal unrest, or the declaration of a state of emergency, as well as terrorist attacks, the effects of nuclear energy , natural disasters, and acts of God (except as specified in the insurance policy); • The insured vehicle is participating in any automobile or motorcycle races; • The vehicle is impounded by law enforcement officials; • The driver, user, or a person authorized by the driver of the vehicle is unable to drive due to intoxication from alcohol and/or narcotic/psychotropic substances; • The vehicle’s owner, user, or a person authorized by the owner does not have the necessary authorization to operate the vehicle or is not covered by insurance under the insurance policy (e.g., the driver does not meet the minimum driving experience and/or age requirements specified in the insurance policy). | ||||
After the request is received, technical assistance arrives at the scene of the incident: - in the city—no later than 60 minutes; on highways—no later than 80 minutes; on national and regional roads with asphalt pavement—no later than 90 minutes; on other roads—no later than 180 minutes. | ||||
